隨著美國準總統川普當選後，美中台關係前景不明，眼下對蔡政府而言，兩岸尋求替代性論述，進而恢復官方交流往來確實有其必要；面對大陸釋出的彈性更應審慎以對，而非單方面提出後要求另一方自行解讀，唯有如此，兩岸政治互信僵局才可望有突破空間。
